Find the nearest fire station
Enter an address, city or ZIP code in Oregon or Washington. We show the five nearest fire stations, how far away each one is by road and which department runs it.
The closest station is not always the one that responds first. Some stations are not staffed at all times, some belong to a different fire district than the address, and dispatch decides who goes. For some purposes, such as insurance, you may need more detailed information from the fire department.
- Your five nearest fire stations show here.Enter an address, city or ZIP code above, or use your current location.
Road distances are by the shortest driving route, from the OpenStreetMap routing service; when it isn't available, we show straight-line miles. Station locations come from their street addresses and are approximate. For an emergency, call 911. See the terms of use.
Stations we can't place on the map yet
These fire stations in are missing from the search above because we don't have a street address we could put on the map. Do you know where one is? Open it, select Update and send us its street address, or a photo of the station.
Help us keep this right
The directory lists Oregon and Washington fire stations, each with the date it was last verified. If a station is missing, closed or in the wrong place, open its page and select Update, or tell us. Fire departments, insurance professionals and residents who know a station make this search better for everyone.
About this search
- What it is for: finding which fire station and department are closest to a home or business, for example for an insurance quote, a home purchase or when moving.
- Distance to a fire station is not the same as a response time or a fire protection class. The department that responds depends on fire district boundaries, and an insurance fire protection class (ISO PPC) also depends on water supply and staffing. Ask the fire department or your insurer.
- How addresses are found: cities and ZIP codes are found in the U.S. Census Bureau's list of places, right in your browser. Street addresses are looked up with the free U.S. Census Bureau geocoder, and anything else with Photon, which uses OpenStreetMap data. We do not store what you search for.
